i wonder whoever thought of this stupid lawsuit only to clog up the court systems.if you notice there is no smoke in the bong and besides thats non circumstantial evidence.prove he did you f-n morons.it's just some f-n moron using a cell phone camera and a ignorant parent saying he's a role model.give me a brake.there will never be enough evidence to say that he did smoke gods gift to man.do you see any bubbles,which would indicate that he's inhaling the smoke.

  4. I heard on the radio here (he was toasting like 5 miles away from me) that the sherriff who pushing for charges wants the national attention so he can end up mayor or somethin. What a douche bag.

  6. It looks like the flame is reflecting off the glass and he just hasnt made the connection with the Bowl yet. That would be at the ready ! the camera was too fast it missed the moment pre mature snap-a-lation ! Probably the operator was knowing he was doing wrong to spy on Phelps !
