2 tbs olive oil and splash water
green and red peeper diced onion garlic potato
whole package kelbasa
bake 350 for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender
costa 5 bucks at the most

Left over T-bone stteak Bones Boiled and added potatoe, tamatoe slices, string beams, peas, diced carrotts, brought to boil and separrated , picked throught bones and rendered meat from stock. Mixed with pickeled veggie stock, ciles, peppers and spices. Oh man what a dish !
