6. Vick is now practicing and his suspension ends following Sunday's game. The Birds are stocked: McNabb, Vick, Garcia and the dude Kolb that may start this Sunday if McNabb doesn't go. Looks like a great roller coaster of a season. Better than being a Ravens fan.

11. Apparently it's one of the floating lower ribs which aren't as much of a problem as the higher ones. There is a good chance McNabb will go on Sunday. Big deal that the Ravens squeaked by Arizona. Losing Super Bowl teams always suck the following year.

17. The Eagles are going to have a GREAT season and Vick may or may not be a part of it. It will be fun to enjoy the Eagles season. Glad I'm not stuck being a Ravens fan.

    PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb did not practice Wednesday because of his cracked rib and it is still not known if he will play against New Orleans.
    
    "He's making some progress," coach Andy Reid said. "It's too early to say anything right now. We'll just see how he does here over the next couple of days."
    
    Kevin Kolb took snaps with the starters Wednesday. Reid again made it clear that Kolb will start against the Saints if McNabb can't play.
    
    Jeff Garcia, picked up by the Eagles on Tuesday, would be Kolb's backup. He will be the No. 3 emergency quarterback if McNabb starts.
    
    Michael Vick and Garcia will share snaps running the scout team this week. Vick is not eligible to play until next week against the Kansas City Chiefs.
