i wonder whoever thought of this stupid lawsuit only to clog up the court systems.if you notice there is no smoke in the bong and besides thats non circumstantial evidence.prove he did you f-n morons.it's just some f-n moron using a cell phone camera and a ignorant parent saying he's a role model.give me a brake.there will never be enough evidence to say that he did smoke gods gift to man.do you see any bubbles,which would indicate that he's inhaling the smoke.
