filets

you know every birthday we brown's get to pick the meal on our day and i would never pick steak until this year.on my birthday same with my brother had filet mignon.talk about awesome.i first started marinating the steaks 2 hours in advance with liquid smoke and worschtesshier(i know thats the wrong spelling)sauce.then after 2 hours of marinating i wrapped them with bacon and sprinkled montreal steak seasoning and barbq'ed them for 8 minutes on each side and only turning them once.talk about good shiznit.
