lane kiffin lost his job as head coach earlier in the because of a shitty ass team and now tom cable is going to lose his job for the the same reason.i dont know what al davis's thought philosophy is.the team talent level is not up to the caliber to stand in the elite company of the NFL it's not the head coach.
remember ryan leaf.drafted number 1 and went to a team that sucked and the pressure of proving yourself in the NFL and reporters made him snap.same philosophy
